Judy K. Weinstein, principal, of Neubert, Pepe & Montieth, P.C. is currently teaching “Legal Aspects of Healthcare Information Technology” at Sacred Heart University, College of Health Professions. The graduate course will explore the extent to which law can implement or facilitate sound healthcare policy. Attorney Weinstein will address employment and contract law, patient rights, healthcare accountability, and healthcare access. Topics also include informed consent, electronic records, and privacy issues.

Attorney Weinstein’s health care practice includes counseling health care providers on general corporate, regulatory and employment law. Additionally, she practices in the areas of commercial and real estate finance, commercial workouts and restructures and general business law.
